1br Looking for room for rent or apartment to share in Springfield, Massachusetts For Sale

Looking for room for rent or apartment to share. I am a single white male 46 with a very well behaved 10 year old Golden Retriever. We need to find a place in the Merrimack Valley Area or Southern NH areas. I would like to live in one of these towns, I work in Hudson NH.
(Chelmsford, Tyngsboro, Westford, Dracut MA, Hudson NH, Nashua NH, Pelham NH areas.)
We are quiet guy & pup, non drinker here, can cook and clean. I am also experienced with elderly care. I was taking care of my elderly Mother for the last 7 years, unfortunately she had past due to taking a fall with a home health aid while I was out running er-ins, and past 12 days later.
The house I am currently living will be put on the market soon, so I need to find a safe haven for my pup and I in the near future. I can also work for exchange for rent. I am very mechanical, and have electrical, and plumbing experience, for those whom may need help around your proprieties. I am an auto & truck mechanic by trade.
