Foreign Military Sales Case Manager in Springfield, Massachusetts For Sale

xxxxxxxx - Title: Foreign Military Sales Case Manager Location: United States-Virginia-Springfield Other Locations: Key Role: Assist with developing, implementing, managing, and maintaining standard operating procedures, process flows, and client instructions, policies and infrastructure in support of geospatial intelligence classification, disclosure and release, community coalition operations and partnerships. Provide support for infrastructure, including IC-related committees, fora, policy, and D&R tools. Use tools consisting of manual and electronic files and coordination, databases, and Web pages and Web-enabled capabilities. Establish initial and long-range goals and objectives for execution of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case, ensuring disclosure and release approval. Prepare a master plan for the case, develop financial and logistics management plan, review and verify funding and program requirements, and initiate requirements. Validate costs, respond to customers, maintain complete chronological history of events and decisions, provide status and progress reports, ensure all automation records are in agreement, reconcile cases, prepare case for closure, and ensure records are retained in accordance with DoD regulations. Basic Qualifications: -7 years of experience with FMS or geospatial intelligence or security assistance -Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) -Experience with Microsoft Office -Knowledge of the National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG), Targeting Concept of Operations, and the Chairman KCS Instruction xxxx.1 -Active TS/SCI clearance Additional Qualifications: -Experience with security assistance preferred -Experience with Defense Security Assistance Management System, Case Management Control System, Defense Integrated Financial System, and Disclosure and Release Tool -Possession of excellent organizational skills -Possession of excellent oral and writing communication skills -BA or BS degree in a technical field preferred -PMP Certification a plus Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
