This dynamic individual will be responsible for the leasing, application processing, resident files, general office/site administration and other special projects as assigned. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Superior customer service skills, excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills, strong time management, follow-up, and organizational skills. Responsibilities •Showing and leasing townhomes to prospective residents; •Support property's marketing plan; •Ensuring the model townhome and target townhomes are ready for show; •Maintaining work areas and office in a clean and orderly manner; •Need to have an awareness of the curb appeal of the property; •Thorough knowledge of lease terms, specifications and all community policies; •Must have GED or Diploma and a valid driver’s license; •Sales experience a plus.
