Responsibilities: Grow sales team and increase revenue Supervise and develop a sales team of nine Build new relationships and maintain current clients Requirements: Proven track record of leading, coaching, mentoring and developing sales people Leadership and management experience Ability to hold team members accountable Strong Communication and presentation skills Possess an eagerness to grow sales team and increase company revenue Highly organized and self-motivated Able to travel 2-3 days a monthBase salary range $45,000 to $50,000 plus bonus.
