Washington DC, VA, MD Sales Manager/Market Manager Vice President Potential 6 Digit Income     Working out of our Springfield, VA office, the ideal candidate would have a working familiarity with the Staffing business, with preferred emphasis in the construction trades. Minimally looking for the following skill sets in the following functional areas of leadership: Business: ·        A results-driven individual who can lead a team to achieving our Company goals for Revenue, Profit & Safety metrics in the DC/VA/MD Market. ·        Possesses a Mid-Atlantic business “mentality” with a mature business approach dedicated to truly owning and representing market strategy in this important geography. ·        Has a keen economic awareness of business developments in the DC/VA/MD area and quickly adopts appropriate strategies to capitalize on these trends. ·        A Sales Manager first & foremost who drives business through vigorous and involved account targeting and planning and who leads by example in monitoring activity & in providing a hands-on,  lead by example coaching to our sales personnel. ·        Builds a portfolio of “ideal” customers who value our service offerings, are timely payers & who embrace a variable-staffing model as part of their business success strategy.     Operations: ·        A recruiting “master” who understands the demand-profile of his/her market and drives an effective hiring strategy to capably respond to known and anticipated customer needs. ·        Constantly aware of the supply/demand dynamics at work in the market and deploys pricing and recruiting strategies that serve to optimize revenue & profits for the Market ·        Places a high emphasis on Worker Safety programs and ensures that all practices are geared to achieving established Safety goals and minimal expense exposure for the Market. ·        A capable fiscal and internal control manager who understands and abides by Company financial and governmental regulatory policies. ·        Customer Service…….maintains in the organization a high ethic for quality assurance in all dealings with customer and institutes review processes that provide for periodic verification and correction, as needed People Management: ·        Proven and displayed leadership skills.
