The lease for this room would begin as soon as you move in and it would end on August 31, xxxx. You would have your own room and share a bathroom with one female Western New England University student in a three room/2.5 bath house. My roommate and I are both females, undergrads at Western New England University. We are studious, responsible and chill. The house has central A/C and heating, a beautiful back yard that is great for entertaining, a W/D, fans in every room, and it is fully furnished (with the exception of the room available for rent). There are multiple bus lines that are very close to the house, all within a 2 minute walk. Campus is just down the street and it is a 5 minute drive to downtown Springfield. Also, I have two small dogs (Jack Russell mixes) and a pot-belly pig (yes, I said a pig..she is very cute and friendly). They all live inside and are potty-trained to go out a doggie-door.
