The lease for this room would begin as soon as you move in and it would end on August 31, xxxx. You would have your own room and share a bathroom with one female Westfield State student in a 3 room/two and a half bath house. My roommate and I are both females, undergrads at Westfield State. We are clean, friendly and easy-going. The house has central A/C and heating, a large back yard that is great for entertaining, a W/D, fans in every room, and it is fully furnished (with the exception of the room available for rent). There are multiple bus lines that are very close to the house, all within a 2 minute walk. Campus is just down the street and it is a 5 minute drive to downtown Westfield. Also, I have 2 small dogs (Jack Russell mixes) and a pot-belly pig (yes, I said a pig..she is very cute and friendly). They all live inside and are well-trained to go out a doggie-door.
